I live in St. Louis Missouri and I have an apartment building in Atlantic City New Jersey. It needed a ton of remodeling. So I had trust issue with anyone doing the quality of work that I needed, also getting it done and being on time. So I looked through the phone book and came across Joe Germana and Son. I must tell you Joe managed the entire project with me here in Missouri and him in Atlantic City, I was totally satisfied, I received pictures every step of the way. He not only remodel the entire apartment but included appliances. If you want quality workmanship, a honest person, with great prices and crew, you want Joe Germana and Son to do work for you. We had Joe and his crew perform several jobs for us when we lived in PA, and he and his crew continue to manage our rental properties in EHT and Philadelphia. We love his commitment to detail, and making sure everything is done right the first time, with no cutting corners. We recently needed a full bathroom renovation here in Coral Springs and flewJoe down to take care of the job. As expected, we now have a great new bathroom, beautifully finished and for a most fair and reasonable price. Joe beat out all the local estimates we were able to get! I won't hesitate to call him again, whatever needs we have for our home or our rental properties. It has taken several years before we finally found a home repair and improvement group we could rely on. They are dependable and competent. We have used them for both our own home and a large rental property. They respond with professionalism with calls for small jobs (occasional emergency) and take on large jobs such as repairing, replacing damaged wood trim and painting the entire front of a large three story building. Joe performed several renovations on our home in the Atlantic City area. The work was excellent, the cost was very reasonable and it was performed quickly. Joe now 'watches' our home, surveying the outside and inside thoroughly. Being in Florida, I don't know how bad the winter is treating our home. Having Joe there alleviates any anxiety about the home 'up north'.

Joe and company finished our basement. They were at our home on time and worked everyday until the job was complete. Joe and his crew were easy to work with and patient with changes and additions to the work order. They came back and fixed any problems we had even after they were paid!!
